Q: How to charge the camera?
A: It is recommended to connect a charging head with an output current of DC5V_2A for charging. When the camera is charging, the charging screen appears on the camera screen and the charging indicator light is on. After charging is completed, the charging indicator light goes out.
Q: Is the product guaranteed?

Q: Can I start up the camera when it charging ?
A: No, after fully charged, the charging indicator is off, then unplug the USB cable and start up the camera.
Q: What should I do if the camera cannot print images?
A: Check whether the print switch is turned on and the orientation of the camera paper is correct. The print switch should be turned on, and the camera paper should be placed in the camera paper compartment with the glossy side up.
Q: Does this camera need ink ? How does it work ?
A: Don't need ink. The working principle of the camera is that the print head heats the thermal paper to get the print content, please print 1 sheet of paper to preheat print head at first use.
Q: Can I choose the picture from the album to print ?
A: Yes, please make sure the SD card is inserted into the camera.
